KBI operates as a boutique interior design studio, based in Littleton Colorado. We offer both residential and commercial design services locally and nationwide via our e-design program, allowing us to extend our design services wherever our clients may be.
We work with homeowners, contractors, and developers in need of curated designs for all project sizes. Whether you are looking to refurnish a tired space in your home or you are building from the ground up, we are here to come alongside you and equip you with every design detail necessary.
Our recent passion projects have found us designing winery tasting rooms, an upscale wine lounge, and furnishing rental properties in Orange County, California. Design truly knows no bounds, and we are here for it.

Schedule a quick call with us to talk through your design needs and ensure we are the perfect fit for the project.

We will schedule a time to meet at the job site to take measurements and dive into more design details including desired aesthetic, functional needs of the space, timeline and budget.

Client will receive a detailed proposal, outlining our proposed vision for the project including our workflow, timeline, deliverables and design fees.

Our first round of designs will be presented for client review, and to make any revisions necessary.

Finalized designs are presented including product samples, vision boards, 3D renderings and an itemized shopping list.

There are two ways we service our clients when it comes to product procurement: The first is providing our clients with a curated shopping list to shop at their pace.
KBI also offers concierge shopping services, which includes our team placing all orders, and overseeing product shipments and deliveries.
These service options will be selected by the client at the beginning of the project.
